"The Cnidarian Poiesis series is the unfolding of the Utopia and Cells series, and alludes to the cnidarians; multicellular marine species with great capacity for adaptation and regeneration. In this series, I reproduce and cultivate new organic-poetic species: chromo-corals, maps-anemone, Portuguese man o 'war-poems, etc ... in which transform, adapt and modify themselves according to the closer look of the observer. In its topographical layers made of Montval paper and its multiform tentacles, the poem of the Portuguese Fernando Pessoa is present:
“Far from me within me I exist
Apart from who I am,
The shadow and the movement in which I am”
